I'm David Khieu. I've spent 15+ years running Amazon, Wayfair and marketplace businesses. I'm not a career software engineer. Since April 2026 I've built the operations platform for Nice and Co. on Lovable, working with Claude Code every day, and the business runs on it.

It replaces the spreadsheets, portals and copy-paste that a small team normally uses to run several consumer brands across retailers.
Pulls vendor purchase orders through the Amazon SP-API, confirms quantities, builds shipments and labels, and tracks receipts against what was billed.
One catalog feeds Amazon, Wayfair and Lowe's Marketplace, with AI-written content checked against each retailer's rules before anything is submitted.
Prices are built from real carrier label costs, fees and returns, with margin floors per channel, so every offer is profitable before it goes live.
In-house X12 EDI plus the Amazon SP-API, Mirakl (Lowe's) and Wayfair APIs, so orders, ship notices and invoices move without a third-party provider.
Rate shopping across carriers, freight bookings, multi-box shipments and dropship routing to partner warehouses.
Reconciles marketplace payouts to orders, tracks what each client brand is owed, and prepares the monthly books close.
A rendering pipeline on a local GPU machine produces listing and lifestyle images for thousands of products.
Claude runs recurring jobs such as a daily operating brief, inbox triage and a job-market sweep, writing results back into the app for a person to review.
I know what a purchase order, a chargeback or a retailer compliance rule costs when it goes wrong. I describe the outcome and the constraints in plain language.
Database migrations, server functions, interfaces and integrations, reviewed and deployed in the same session, often the same day. The app itself started on Lovable and still deploys through it.
Anything that sends, buys or submits waits for a person's approval. The AI does the work up to that point; a human makes the call.
Project rules, past mistakes and preferences are written down and loaded into every session, so the same error doesn't happen twice.
I'm the customer Claude was built for: someone with deep domain knowledge and no engineering team, who used Claude to build real software that a real business depends on. I'd like to help other operators and enterprise teams get there faster.
